Hello there,

I'm having problems connecting my Kindle PW (6th gen) with my PC (win 10). The Kindle is running Firmware 5.12.2.2. When connecting the device to the PC using a USB-A to micro-Usb cable the e-reader does not appear on the PC as a drive or as any device.

So far I have done:

Switching out the cable and using different ports
Restarting PC and e-reader
Resetting the e-reader
Search in device manager for any new device with no success

Is there anything I am missing, like a driver or an opt-in?

Any help is appreciated. Thank you!
