Sorry, I just now saw this.
From the way you guys are phrasing your questions, I'm going to assume that you have the 4.1 firmware, which came with the driver preinstalled. The driver is screwed up. I'm told the problem affects most devices with the 4,0, 4.1, 4.2 firmwares. The following thread covers this problem and the solution.
