My issue is that the KOSync requires the MD5 hash of books to be the same, which is causing problem since I cannot sync the progress between my desktop and any device I use Calibre to upload a book to.
So I am looking for a way to straight copy the book from my computer, or tell Calibre not to modify anything before coping when I tell it to Send to Device or Save to Disk,
Because if I copy the book from the file system to my Kobo, it works like I thought it would.
