Good evening. I would like to ask you something. I gave my mother a Pocketbook Basic 4 about 2 years ago. It is equipped with a case and protector. We keep a lot of them (I am a proud owner of Touch Lux 5). The problem is this. Today my mother found out that she could not start the book on the power button. That little white button. The book can neither be included in it nor excluded through it. Releases it by releasing the charger. Also, the time has changed and I can't remember the page I got to. Yesterday the device was fine, but today there are these problems. Could you help us with guidance.
