Ok, here you go. I've renamed things slightly so uninstall the last version:

C:\>adb uninstall com.temblast.keymaps
C:\>adb install KbdMaps-1.0.apk
There are two different key maps there, "Persian (MS)" and "Persian (Onyx)"
(Just rename the .prc file .apk, just rename the .xml file .svg)
