I’ve got the same software version. I didn’t modify anything (not root, no Gapps, no translation other than Chinese/English) so I guess I have the original A5.

That’s very strange. In the default phone app, if I click the three dots in the upper right, I have a menu with only two items : "Delete call log" and "Settings".
Looks like I’m missing something here.
