HADOPI WAS REJECTED THIS MORNING BY THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY !!!!!!

Socialist Député Christian Paul commented : "Hallelujah ! It's a parlementary miracle !"

Adopted this morning by the Senate, the text has just been REJECTED by the National Assembly, with 21 votes against, 15 votes in favour, after nearly 2 hours of discussion.
