Oh, good grief. Uncle Robin owns and uses a Kobo Sage, has 2400 Super Points with Kobo and was looking over what he could buy on Kobo's website with them. I don't think he has a secret vendetta against Kobo. I think he just thought this poorly written blurb was funny and wanted to share it. I guess laughter (or even a chuckle) is verboten these days.
