Basically it's the same as the current PocketBook readers, except the buttons are on the side instead of on the bottom. If I do read with one hand on my PocketBook, I just hold my thumb on the bezel and slide it down to hit the page turn button (I would move my thumb sideways on the Era instead). Or I could move my thumb the other direction and just tap the screen.

EDIT: I just tested this and find that, the natural way for me if I'm using one hand is to rest my thumb just between the button and the bezel, so it's just a slight shifting movement of the thumb to press the page turn button.
