Yes, you can still connect to the internet, log in to your account, and do everything you can normally do after jailbreaking.

Yes. Download this KUAL extension and select the rename option. This will completely disable the OTA binaries.

Yes. You just need to do a factory reset and then reinstall the firmware in that order. This will completely remove the jailbreak.
