Forgive me if I'm missing something obvious - I'm not very knowledgeable in HTML, but I'm still getting small lower case text after the recipe workaround.
I can fix it by editing the output EPUB document style sheet and adding
text-transform: uppercase;
to the relevant calibreXX class (which seems to change each week).
How can I set it up so I don't have to manually edit each week?
