Voice Recognition Hints
Voice Recognition does not work well with speakerphones, or on noisy lines.
Speak as clearly and distinctly as you can.
Put emphasis on first syllable, except for: ho-TEL, no-VEM-ber, and see-AIR-rah.
For letter L, say "LEE-ma", not "LYE-ma".
For letter K, say "KEE-lo", not "KI -lo"
For letter Q, say "KWEE-bec", not "kay-BEC".
There is no VR command for Space. If you need to enter spaces, use the keypad or go to the next field with the "Skip" command. The Automated Agent will fill in spaces as appropriate. "Skip" is only available as a command during data entry for New Requisition and Requisition Modification of fields that are allowed to be blank.
