spilled a large cup of coffee on my old kindle DX and took it out - trying to move to a tablet (samsung a8) to replace -- started with moon+ reader pro - initial excitement beginning to wane - no matter how I config clicks, long presses - not at all consistent- becoming very annoying - no support, even offered to make a extra donation for help - no reply - but what I did find exciting is the possibility of connecting to my calibre library but it appears I have to have my PC running to do that - set calibre server to start when calibre starts but it is still a very hit and miss process - is it possible to connect directly from the tablet to my calibre library ? appreciate any links, tips, tricks, thoughts-- also if there is a reader better suited for sync with calibre -- or experience with the calibre related apps -- calibre companion or calibre sync -- thanks again

will trade woodworking experience for calibre help .....
