Seems like a drastic plan.
Why not simply delete the comic books off your Oasis? IIRC you can do this from the amazon website if it is too fiddly on the Oasis. There are also settings to disable synchronization across devices, which is probably the issue for you.
You can create Collections and place your comic books in Collections. Also easily done on Amazon website.
I have never used it, but you can create a Household/Family library and send your comics or your ebooks to a second library. Keep one for ebooks, one for comic books.
Seems a waste to create 2 new accounts, then "re-purchasing" the titles you already purchased.
