File associations in Linux
When I open a PDF from the file explorer program in Linux, it's opened in Okular. But when I open it from Calibre, it's opened in Calibre's own viewer.

How do I make Calibre open PDFs in Okular too? I couldn't find a setting for this in Preferences.
