Hi @davidfor, I have also tried all the manual / factory reset options and my screen is still blank.
Can you also send me the img for the Kobo Glo SD card? Many thanks in advance. (PM is enabled). BTW I'm using Mac not Windows 10, hope it will still work, thanks again.
