There is nothing you can do, other than not using wireless delivery (email or Send to Kindle apps & browser extensions) and instead switch to transferring files via USB Cable (using Calibre).

Sideloading azw3's via usb you still lose the covers on the library page from what i've found. Even with the trick of disconnecting and reconnecting the Kindle and letting calibre do its thing.
