I describe how I see the difference between hopepunk and other fantasy in post #54 and #74, with several examples. Hopepunk isn't just fantasy, by the way, it includes at least SF (like Murderbot), and maybe other genres as well? I think some romance I've read qualifies, but others might not agree.

I find the term useful. I understand that not everybody do.
