Hmm... Is eating the coin of the Realm a capital offence or a required sign of obeisance? I'd also be worried about a critical mass of coins triggering a heat/cooling feedback loop resulting in a climatically catastrophic temperature gradient resulting in monsoons and lightning storms. (I'm not convinced such weather conditions are to her majesty's liking.)

Are you sure we can't just get Marc to modify the laws of thermodynamics, or something?
