Yesterday I had a customer who complained about the fact that we were closed on the Tuesday morning after Christmas, almost 5 months ago.
So I apologized profusely (and a tad bit sarcastically) for my appendix bursting that night, causing the store to close of a morning. And I told him that next time I have a medical emergency I'll try and do my best to have it during the weekend.
And then he still complained about the fact that we're closed for six days from Saturday. Luckily most customer don't mind and wished me a nice vacation.
