I'm in America. Raised in the South for 50 years. Moved to Texas for 22 years, now. And still get eye-rolls, grins, and laughter for my Southern-accent from the local-natives. :P

I can be plenty backward and shy at times myself, but you'll find Calibre poster's can be helpful and friendly.
