I searched for a Calibre plugin as well and was unable to find anything. In fact, I could hardly find ANY online tools/services for EPUB translation.. at least not without paid access to a translation API.
Tip for anyone else runs across this issue:
I ended up exporting the html files in my epub from Sigil and used this tool for translating the HTML files:

Then I just re-inserted the translated HTML files into Sigil. It translates the files using the open source
Argos offline translation library for Python.
The end result is not quite as good as Google Translate, but still very readable. After reading the book for a while, I think it's actually better than Google Translate. Hard to tell it was a machine translation, very impressed.
This was ultimately the only solution I could figure out. Large HTML files do take a while to translate, but it works.
