One other question. I've been recently trying to convert an extremely large eBook to KFX, and was wondering if you've seen these sorts of conversion times?
For what it's worth, the book is over 13,000 pages long. And the Count Pages plugin run (which normally takes ~20 seconds) took 42 minutes to run. I'm letting the KFX Output plugin to continue to run for now, but wasn't sure if you've heard mention of time-out issues or anything.
