To get major firmware updates, you can get firmware from Onyx Boox official site: International. Then, you scroll to find your tablet (so Poke3-Leaf series link).

For incremental updates/patches (such as 3.2.2) what you need to do is do it on your device. Go to Settings > Firmware Updates. You can "Check for updates" if it's not there then it's not been rolled out for your device yet and you just have to wait. If it is saying an update is ready, click Download.

Here's where my memory gets murky, but once it is downloaded, it will ask you if you want to update now or not. If your device isn't rooted and you just want to update straight away then select that you want to updte now. If you are rooted then click that you don't want to update now (or similar language. I can't remember exactly what the option says but just don't upgrade now). The update.upx file will then be sitting just loose in the root of your internal storage and you can decrypt it etc. and go from there.
