Hi, I have noticed the new update is chewing up my battery. Sometimes if I take it out of the case the back feels warm (actually hot) to the touch. I encourage anyone experiencing the same issue to send onyx feedback so they can fix it asap. I did not have this issue prior to the updating my device.
I sent mine in for repair (replacing both screen and battery) and they did a stellar job. It was costly, but I think it was worth it. It seems easy enough to open and replace the screen (provided you have prior experience), but I found looking on Aliexpress the sellers did not make me confident. For example the description says onyx and the image is likebook.
If anyone else is experiencing battery issues with the new update.
