You must unsolder the existing battery connections to the mobo, then solder the new battery connections to the same points. You do not need fresh solder. Simply heat the leftover solder that is on the mobo points, and connect the wires.
Take photos of everything prior to removing the old battery as a guide.

Recientemente he cambiado la bateria de un Note. Solo indicar que en mi caso la bateria nueva venía con un conector válido, por lo que no fue necesario soldar de nuevo.
