What do I put in Integer column format string to get it right aligned with a trailing space(s) to create a gap between it and the adjacent column that is left aligned?
Tried various things without success.
On Windows: In most (all ?) cases pressing Ctrl+Enter will 'click' the OK button in calibre dialogue boxes. I keep forgetting this, thought if I wrote it down I might remember it
