I performed the downgrade of my PW3 with fw 5.14.3 to fw 5.9.6.1 using battery trick but after booting there was only blank, white screen. I was able to normally transfer files via USB and the usual screen was showing up and also holding power button showed up usual pop-up but nothing else, just white blank screen.
Any ideas why?
I've waited like 0,5h but I was too impatient to wait longer and updated it to 5.14.2. It was such a relief to see everything back as it was. I was afraid that there is no coming back from that. Phew!
Since there is a new software jailbreak I will probably use it instead of going with the hardware one. I had the serial converter connected and succesfully communicating both ways but the white screen was a little bit too much for me today
