About the location of the Calibre Library

Hi!
I am new to Calibre and have a beginner's question to ask.

From what I read in the Manual, I understand that each e-book shown in the Calibre library/catalog is a copy of the original e-book. I keep my e-books in cloud folders (in Amazon's Kindle, in GoogleDrive and in OneDrive). I do not want to waste disk space in the local disk drive of my personal computer; that way, having all my e-books stored in cloud services, I may access them from any device.

I want to have only one copy of every e-book, managed by Calibre. Then, before I start to build my Calibre Library/libraries, I want to ask you the following:
(1) Is it possible that in the Calibre Library will not be stored copies of my e-books, but links or shortcuts to them?
(2) If your answer to (1) is negative, is it possible to locate the Calibre Library in a cloud folder, instead of a local folder?
(3) I understand that I may create several libraries under Calibre, right? May I locate all of them in cloud folders?

Thank you very much.
