Correct.

So far I've managed to avoid making much use of any of the cloud VPN solutions. One I did need to use showed me as connecting to the Internet from one of their locations (they listed 5, I managed to hit 3). Looking at the packet use, any packet that was not going to an address destined for the corporate tunnel was split off at their location so it appeared to be originating there.
