I can't help but love all her books, but if I were to choose I'd also pick "Fingersmith" as my favorite. (The BBC adaptation was darned good, too.) It's one book I lost sleep over because I had to finish it in one sitting (two at most), and it's not a small book. What I like most about Waters is that she is such an excellent storyteller. I hope you get a chance to try "Night Watch" again someday.
