Neither OP's nor MGlitch's instructions work for me. It's seemingly not possible to associate specific library cards with an Overdrive account. The feature on overdrive.com to save libraries does not seem to save my library cards. Libby also has no feature for this. Happy to be corrected on this.

Kind of weird to me that Kobo doesn't make this feature readily available. Then again, most people probably don't need this as they find their one local library's selection of books to be sufficient. Edit: Oh, and the obvious one: it would deter people from buying from Kobo store.
