WARNING: It seems "Factory restore" in fact does NOT restore factory completely. It just removes some settings and files.
But once you did "remoteotabin" it will NOT allow you to update firmware even after a factory restore.
Maybe I'm wrong. I hope so, because I'm not stuck. No idea how to go back to complete factory restore and re-do the whole JB stuff or maybe update to a newer firmware once it's out.
I'm now stuck with a Kindle PW5 which refuses to accepts a new JB (as it will NOT update the Update_hotfix_watchthis_custom.bin at the end of the jailbreak, and it will NOT turn off. I just ignores the power button. Strange ...
