I did register to the same Amazon account it was on before doing factory reset to do the jailbreak. And tried "Sync", book download and bunch of restarts and the "Display Cover" option still didn't appear. Even left it overnight with WiFi on (before doing that I've renamed ota binaries in order to stop it from downloading and installing newer firmware).
