Another possibility is the file name. There can be issues with the extended character sets of some languages. If you use calibre, the filenames are sanitized to prevent these sort of problems. But, if you are manually copying the books, that could be a problem.

Thanks for trying to help. So far this is how I save my books in the device.
- There are no spaces in the book names and universal characters are used.
- There is about 3GB of free space in the memory.
- I created some pdf files myself, so there is no DRM issue.
And these files looked fine before the update, the covers were displaying without any issues, but after that they completely disappeared. I think the bug is caused by the update. Because only Kepub files work without problems.
And, after updating the device and noticing the bug, I added new books (epub) and the problem still persists.
