Sorry for the poor description of what I want.

The area for the bottom tap zone seems to be about 1.3 x 1.6". For the top, it appears to be the width of the screen (minus the page mark area) x 0.4". This is for the Forma.

For a Glo HD, the height at the bottom seems to be 1.2".
