Your (send...) template is too simple and results in the EXACT same file name at the device.
{Authors}-{title} works most cases. But serials sometime, don't include the Episode (or you logically moved it to Series), making the title the same for all episodes.
Simply add it back Title ep2 , (your choice of notation). I would leave Series/index as you had it
