UPDATE:
I have found one workaround on forum HERE I just want to know if I leave it in Vista SP2 Mode will it be okay to run long term without any side effects?

Why would you want to run 5.41 in compatibility mode at all??? It is designed for W10 up.
Update your video drivers if you have issues AFTER removing 'compatibility mode' setting
