1. Properly style paragraph image is in.
2. Edit in odt, but extra Save As in docx for Sigil or Calibre.
3. Only use format/layout tool bar for italic or bold individual words.
4. Edit named paragraph styles and apply them.
All applies also to MS Word or any other Wordprocessor except using odt format to save edits.
No problem at all in Sigil or Calibre, can be fixed in either but the problem is avoided by using the LO Writer properly and an extra Save As in docx.
