The "AllReader+" seems to be a rebrand of the "AlReader" (with one "L") that's been around for a couple of years. The version numbers (2.5) are the same and the navigation icons are identical. Some of the screenshots on the "AllReader" site even show the name "AlReader" in the title bar.

The "AlReader" (with one "L") site seems to offer the application for PDA's and SmartPhones in Russian only. They also have a PC version available in English. I seem to remember hearing about a year ago that "AlReader" was going to go comercial in other languages, but the Russian version would remain free. Perhaps "AllReader+" is the commercial English version.
