I suspect that page does not show anything for ADE. If it matches what Adobe shows to Canadian customers, when I sign in with the email I used for ADE, it shows nothing while if I sign in with my corporate email, it shows my Creative Cloud entitlements.

You can try going to the Adobe Community for support but be prepared for hoop jumping. It might be easier just to register with a new email address.
