Yes I do that which is why I said thank god for calibre but I still wanted it authorized for some things. Ask to speak to someone more senior. Often in chat you're speaking to a person who just answers the phones/sits at a computer who doesn't really know anything technical. Risk sounding like a 'Karen' and insist upon speaking to a senior technician.
