Converting from EPUB to MOBI, fonts?
When I convert an EPUB book to MOBI, I also strip the fonts in the styling tab because I want to always use Bookerly.

I was thinking if this is necessary, how does the Kindle behave with conversions? Does it always use in-built fonts or do the EPUB fonts actually make any difference?
