Feature request to the Sigil function 'Generate ncx guide for EPUB 2 readers':
When an author is present in the EPUB 3 metadata, then also add author name to the toc.ncx as <docAuthor>?
The title is added like this, so adding the author a well might be useful? maybe? (haven't checked if any readers show actually shows author info though ... and the world has probably moved to EPUB3 so... this request comes 5 years to late - hehe )
