I had that on two devices this week. My Clara & the Libra 2. I signed out of my Kobo account on the device & had to start from scratch. It solved the non-syncing/syncing problem. I set mine to never go to sleep & left the Clara for 4 days before I signed out. But now I can’t authorize the Clara with ADE because I seem to have reached the max of 6 devices. Urgh!!
