Using wi (not owi) to create a '2' from a '4'
Yep. The OCLC Classify API Explorer does not even have an input for wi, just owi. Highly annoying. Good find.

This will create a '2' from a '4' having a returned wi of 2486691: http://classify.oclc.org/classify2/Classify?wi=2486691
