Moisture often accumulates at this sensor. See if there are any signs of corrosion around it. It is usually sufficient to wash it with isopropyl alcohol.

You can also disable the sensor by:

echo 0 > /sys/devices/system/wario_hall/wario_hall0/hall_enable
Just add such a line to one of the system scripts.
