Do you mean the "Kobo extended driver"or Calibre should be renaming it automatically, or I have to rename it after sending or I need to edit some setting in the "Kobo extended driver"?

I suspected the filenames needed to end in .kepub.epub, but I thought it strange that I'd have to manually edit them.
