Hi,
I have a kobo glo (from a friend) who says that it seemingly randomly flashed an LED pink and then reset itself. It's now back running firmware 2.1.2, and I want to update it to a more recent firmware to reinstall koreader. If I download a firmware and extract it to the root of the internal storage or to an SD card in the kobo, it doesn't seem to see it and update. It also won't update online, saying that there is a network error (even though it's connected to wifi). Any help getting this device updated and usable again, or even just ideas on what happened to it in the first place?
