Good morning - I have a two year old refurbished Kobo Clara HD (N249). After a month or so of general flakiness, I did a series of syncs that each reported failure. Then a factory reset, which seems to succeed after 3-4 minutes, but then goes into an endless loop trying to reboot: The little blinking dots just keep on blinking, for up to two hours, the limit of my patience. I have repeated this sequence several times with no change.

Battery is good, fully charged, and charging. From the symptoms, I suspect that replacing the internal SD card with a fresh new image is probably my best path forward. I would be grateful to receive such an image. Thank you.
